"I just gotta drive a car!"

                           "Oh Father-- the IRS is on the phone!"

                                     "Great!  Now's my chance!"

                           "Okaaay...  Maybe I shouldn't corner so fast."

 

"I'm gonna impress the cute little girl from next door with how fast I can roller skate!  Watch this!"

                           "Really, GM, did you have to hug me right now?"

 

           "I'm not allowed to swing on the French doors but I do it anyway..."

        "I'm not allowed to jump off the furniture but I do that, too..."

"I'm not allowed to use the sofa as a trampoline but I do that, too..."

         "I'm not allowed to play caveman in the big chair.  I do it anyway..."

 "Really, I can't help getting into trouble all the time!  There are too many restrictions in this house!  What am I supposed to do with myself?"

 

"We're packing the car for a trip. Father says Mother has packed too much stuff.  Mother says she hasn't."

 "Father says she has.  Mother says she hasn't.  Father says she has.  Mother says she hasn't."

                        "I don't think they're ever gonna stop arguing..."

"Well, finally!  The car is packed!  Oh, but wait a minute--  They don't have my suitcase..."

                            "Hey, I'm not going anywhere without my toys!"

 

"Mother keeps talking and talking and talking to Mrs. Rasmussen.  I want her to pay attention to me."

                          "I know--  I'll stand here and hum loudly."

                             "Well, that didn't work.  Maybe if I faint..."

          "Okaaay.  I guess I'll have to go inside and hunt for the cookie jar."

                                              "Never fails!"

 

                      "Look what I found in the attic!  It's my old baby swing!"

                                      "I'm gonna see if it still fits..."

                      "Some days it's just not worth getting out of bed..."

 
 

"I'm pretending to be sick so I can stay home from school!  Mother just left the room, so now it's time for some fun..."

   

                                                   "Ah, this is the life!"

                                                      "UH-oh..."

       "Maybe it's a mistake to get out more than a hundred toys at a time..."
